Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 June 2025

We want you to love everything you receive from Lotusgear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window to make things right.

📦 Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Returns must be initiated by emailing us at hello@lotusgear.in

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the item

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Few, Final Sale, or Archive
